What we found

Between June and September, parents, SBMC members and GIRLsLEAD fellows visited schools across Ogbomosho North and recorded what they saw using Traza+. Each report was geo-tagged and checked against the indicator framework before it was counted.

The textbook budget did its job: almost every junior class we visited had new maths and English books. But reporters also found classes sitting with no teacher at all. One in three teaching posts in the schools we visited was vacant.
